https://www.supermicro.com/en/Aplus/system/1U/1124/AS-1124US-TNRP.cfm specifications (and BIOS date) indicate this is quite a new board. Yet you're running it with a 4.19 kernel from *OldStable* ! Why? Can you reproduce this issue with at least the 5.10 kernel from OldStable backports, but preferably with a recent kernel from Testing/Unstable.
