Sorry I've not had a proper chance to test yet - I've been moved to another project at work so this box is currently a secondary priority.
On initial tests 2.6.13 seems to be better, certainly I've managed to get the array to setup and seemingly sync. It died again whilst copying across some data - not had chance to investigate exactly what has happened though.
