Version: 3.13.5-1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
I upgraded from 3.2.0-4-amd64 to 3.13-1-amd64
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
tried to see my pci devices with a lspci
* What was the outcome of this action?
lspci hung trying to read /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:01:00.1/config
eventualy (some minutes later) it suceeded, at which point the keyboard
became inoperable and 100% of the cpu time was in kworker/0:2
* What outcome did you expect instead?
nice lcpci report.
In dmesg I see:
> [ 109.460605] ACPI Warning: \_SB_.PCI0.P0P2.DGPU._DSM: Argument #4 type
> mismatch - Found [Integer], ACPI requires [Package] (20131115/nsarguments-95)
> [ 109.606870] ACPI: \_SB_.PCI0: Bus check notify on hotplug_event_root
> [ 109.842723] hda-intel 0000:01:00.1: Enabling via VGA-switcheroo

Hi
This bug was filed for a very old kernel or the bug is old itself
without resolution.
If you can reproduce it with
- the current version in unstable/testing
- the latest kernel from backports
please reopen the bug, see https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control
for details.
