your box could be overheating while compiling, if it was the case acpi has to shutdown your box.
I had the same Problem. The boot option acpi=on I solved the problem -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
