I see the spi-orion-Driver is not loaded. Does /dev/mtd* appear if you do
modprobe spi-orion
modprobe m25p80
? If not, can you please provide the output of
ls /sys/bus/{platform,spi}/{devices,drivers}
?
BTW: flash-kernel shouldn't need mtdblock* but only mtd*.
