Bug#916816: firmware-amd-graphics: AMDGPU lacks recent firmwares fro 4.19 based kernel, not usable.

This bug should be fixed with firmware-nonfree 20190114-1. All files for 
polaris are there now with that version and only the firmware for vega20 
is missing. Anyone with a 460 / 560 can confirm that it works now?
