The quirk US_FL_BROKEN_FUA JMS567-based USB3 UAS enclosure (152d:0578) has been added by this patch : https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10120851/ It has been included by upstream kernel 4.9.71 and 4.14.8 but isn't available on released debian kernel stretch and stretch-backports.
