Dear Ben, my system uses the following XHCI-controller:
10:00.0 USB controller: Renesas Technology Corp. uPD720202 USB 3.0 Host Controller (rev 02) (prog-if 30 [XHCI]) Subsystem: Renesas Technology Corp. uPD720202 USB 3.0 Host Controller Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 16 Memory at d1b00000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=8K] Capabilities: [50] Power Management version 3 Capabilities: [70] MSI: Enable- Count=1/8 Maskable- 64bit+ Capabilities: [90] MSI-X: Enable+ Count=8 Masked- Capabilities: [a0] Express Endpoint, MSI 00 Capabilities: [100] Advanced Error Reporting Capabilities: [150] Latency Tolerance Reporting Kernel driver in use: xhci_hcd Kernel modules: xhci_pci The error appears repeadedly when accessing the attached USB 3.0 Seagate disk drive. I've used some kernel versions before where I think the error didn't appaer but also older kernel versions where a very similiar error appeared which I also already commited as bug report back then. Thank you very much for efforts. Sincerely, Adrian Immanuel Kieß -- With greetings from Leipzig, Germany.
