Hi,
Started looking at this again due to Dirty Cow..
First the issue is still present in the latest kernel 3.16.36-1+deb8u2
I can confirm that the Ubuntu bug that Tomassino Ferrauto linked is
correct. To test I disabled my NFS exports and rebooted. I tried to
just unload the nfsd kernel module and friends, but could not unload for
some reason (busy) even after stopping all nfs related services.
# mv /etc/exports /etc/exports.off
# reboot
After the reboot /proc/fs/nfsd still existed, but was empty, and the
containers started up!
Until this is resolved I guess I'll set nfs-kernel-server to start
manually so that the containers can start up, and then start up nfs
after..
