After upgrading from Debian jessie 8.4 to 8.5, my NFS mounts in fstab failed at boot (or reboot) time. To fix, I changed the one file /lib/systemd/system/remote-fs-pre.target adding the line After=rpcbind.target then my NFS mounts work correctly.
