Hi all,
I would like to add a short report about this bug.
I installed my Apple Powerbook G4 with the 2.6.8 directly from the
netinst.iso

[EMAIL PROTECTED] uname -a
Linux monteverdi 2.6.8-powerpc #1 Fri May 20 10:37:45 JST 2005 ppc
GNU/Linux

and it seems that this issue doesn't appear with this kernel release,
while using the more recent 2.6.11 it occurs.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] uname -a
Linux monteverdi 2.6.11-powerpc #1 Fri May 13 15:47:19 CEST 2005 ppc
GNU/Linux

I first talked with Giuseppe about it a while ago, thinking it was related
with my own application configuration, but as he reported the same issue, it
could be
tied with kernel driver.

I haven't experienced it with other than debian official kernel-images.
I hope the present report will help.

Cheers

SteX
