Package: initrd-tools

After Running the Debian-installer and completing installation
While going about booting the kernel , it detects my nforce2 IDE controller
ide0 is detected and the CDROM connected to it .
but i see no line about the Silicon Image SIL 3112 SATARaid Controller
it isn't detected , and so i get:

pivot_root: No such file or directory
/sbin/init: 426: cannot open dev/console: No such file
Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!

since my hardrive is SATA ...

i got the netboot image , with the tarball pxeboot.tar.gz
from

your bug should be fixed by newer initrd-tools in sarge
as of version 0.1.76.

please reopen if pain subsits.
