Hi, thanks for your answer. The only kernel I had installed before the upgrade was 2.4.26-2 I've been using that kernel since may/june without problems.
During upgrade, apt-get installed 2.4.26-6 and 2.4.27-2 Package: kernel-image-2.4.27-1-k7 Priority: optional Section: base Installed-Size: 30254 Maintainer: Debian Kernel Team <debian-kernel@lists.debian.org> Architecture: i386 Source: kernel-image-2.4.27-i386 Version: 2.4.27-2 Package: kernel-image-2.4.26-1-k7 Priority: optional Section: base Installed-Size: 31860 Maintainer: Debian Kernel Team <debian-kernel@lists.debian.org> Architecture: i386 Source: kernel-image-2.4.26-i386 Version: 2.4.26-6 When the camera didn't work after upgrade I suspected a bug in kernel 2.4.27 and rebooted to the new 2.4.26 with the same results. Thanks for your help.
