Yes, hotplug is installed, but I also tried to blacklist the main usb modules (uhci_hcd, ehci_hcd and ohci_hcd) to load them by myself, and it doesn't change anything. Do you think i should try without hotplug to test ? I don't think the problem is here because everything works fine under kernel-image-2.6.7.
