Package: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-686
Version: 2.6.8-1
Severity: normal
File: kernel-image-2.6.8

After upgrading to kernel 2.6.8 I could suddenly not burn DVDs any more.
On the homepage of 'K3B', my buring tool, I found a note saying that
actually a new bug in the kernel prevents this from working. An added
update note says the kernel team is working on this and the bug should be
gone in the next version.

My only remedy was downgrading to kernel 2.6.7 as provided on the Sarge
netinstaller CD image.

Kind regards

Andreas
