Package: initrd-tools
Version: 0.1.72

When installing on a soft raid array, mkinitrd needs a valid
/etc/raidtab but the error message says it needs raidtools2 (in
mkinitrd in, get_raid_raidtools, l183).

This is confusing (and debian-installer team got confused) since
installing mdadm do the jobs of creating the raidtab whereas installing
raidtools2 does not create the raidtab.

So I suggest the error message is changed plus initrd-tools suggest
mdadm in is dependency.

This was a bug in older verisons of d-i and not in initrd-tools (the
submitter confirms it works with recent d-i, see #261987). Closing.
