I've uploaded a split of Herbert's last kernel-patch-debian into small patches, each handling a particular change at
http://verein.lst.de/~hch/debian.tgz
I've also tried to integrate it with the kernel-experimental cdbs-based
packaging, but it seems the build system tries to outsmart me all the
time so ¿ gave up..
