Please enable CONFIG_EFI_PARTITION. It works on non-IA64 boxes, and it
is one of (if not the only) partition table format that fully supports
disks > 2 TiB.
As it stands now, d-i offers to create GPT partitions, but the kernel
doesn't understand them.
