I am experiencing an odd behavior in KDE in testing. It has been this
way for me since the KDE 6 transition, but initially thought it was
probably just some incompatibility with the transition. However, now
that we are getting ready for the packages that will ship with trixie,
I figured I would bring it up to see if anyone else is experiencing
it.

The symptoms are that my maximized windows shrink slightly over time,
ending up being a few pixals smaller than full-screen on the right and
bottom. It appears to happen when when switching between virtual
desktops, but not consistently (meaning not every time I switch
virtual desktops). It happens frequently enough that I need to redo
the maximization of at least one window about every hour. When doing
so, the window thinks it is still maximized, but if I click the button
to restore (unmaximize) the window and then click the button to
remaximize it, the window returns to the correct, fully-maximized
size.

A few specifics about my setup that might be applicable.

1. I am using X11.
2. I am using a 4K monitor with 175% scaling.
3. I have a panel on both the bottom and the right of the screen.
These are the two edges maximized windows march away from over time.
