Hello,

I have noticed that today's sid upgrade has removed the `kde-spectacle`
dependency from `kde-standard` on the amd64 architecture. I have verified this
by checking the package information at
https://packages.debian.org/sid/kde-standard, and it appears that only the
architectures [alpha, ia64, mips64el,
riscv64] now require `kde-spectacle`.

This change seems surprising to me, especially considering that the amd64
platform typically has the most users and generally sufficient disk space.
Removing `kde-spectacle` from the dependencies might increase the difficulty
for
new Linux users who rely on a complete and familiar KDE environment.
Additionally, the amount of disk space saved is likely minimal compared to the
potential impact on user experience.

Is this a bug? should I file a bug report or a wishlist item to address this
issue?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards
