DO NO UPGRADE FRAMEWORK in testing

Tonight upgrade makes the widget completely invisible by imposing a 
transparent background. My color scheme was completely changed.

Something mignt be lacking in the upgrade, even if the meta-package 
plsma-framework was part of the upgrade
