Simple question:
Does quassel need a rebuild against all QT-5.15.15 -dev packages it
depends on: Yes or No?

INFO: Working right now on a Windows workstation, I can test an APT
full-upgrade to sid this evening on my Debian system.

^^ quassel version 1:0.14.0-2+b3 on arm* architecture is a rebuild
against QT-5.15.15 -dev packages?

If yes, why was it done/needed?

OK.
I watch "NEW" packages uploaded to incoming.d.o

See above.

Inspired by [1]:
In any case - if rebuild of quassel is MANDATORY or not - I will try
to rebuild with LLVM/Clang-19.1.3 (LTO + CFI enabled) - by updating
the patch from Christian Göttsche.

But my priority is the build of a selfmade Linux-kernel v6.12-rcX (rc5
or rc6 on Sunday) LTS with LLVM/Clang-19 (kCFI enabled).

Thanks, Andrey for all updates around Debian development/packaging.

BR,

P.S.: I provided in the late 2010ies quassel-nightly (experimental)
Debian packages from my own build-environment for upstream
(packages.iniza.org or apt.iniza.org). But I have no more own domains.
