None of them work. First I made sure I upgraded all sddm-theme packages to experimental in order to avoid any kind of version conflict, as I do have SDDM itself from experimental as well. But SDDM ignores theme setting, whether via update-alternatives or Systemsettings completely. And yeah, in there is is under Colors & Design (translated from German language) not Appearance. Which is even more confusion. I think the previous structure was better. I even wrote the theme into the empty /etc/sddm.conf. No luck. SDDM from experimental seems to ignore theme completely?
