Maybe don't (normally) use dist-upgrade? The normal/safe- upgrade is all you need in 99% of cases. That sometimes, like in this case, means you have to wait a couple of days longer. If after say a week it still shows a bunch of un-upgraded packages, then you can try out (-s = simulate) whether an dist/full-upgrade is actually needed. It often is an indication that the package metadata is suboptimal. It has baffled me for years now that people seem to default to using dist- upgrade. I'm using Sid as my daily driver for ~ a decade now.
