I checked those packages and the only difference is I also have okular-extra-backends. I tried to remove it but okular still crashes opening those PDF files. But my .mozilla directory does not seem to have any kind of certificates, only firefox related files. But... I deleted the .mozilla directory, ran firefox to create it again and now okular and pdfsig work just fine with the signed PDF. I don't understand anything. Does Okular depend on firefox? Anyway thank you for the clues. Now it is working.
