Yes, I can suspend and resume using systemctl.

When I click on the Application Menu/Launcher and type "system" or "setting" 
(without quotes) the System Settings app does not show up. I see Dolphin, 
Konsole, etc apps but no System Settings app.

It's a clean install.

I meant that in Klipper I could see all 30 items in one big window without 
having to scroll through the list 3 items at a time. The problems wiht 
Clipboard for me are 1) it shows only three items at a time, so I have to 
scroll three items at a time to go through the whole list. 2) It takes a lot of 
space on the task bar, reducing the space available to the Task Manager. If I 
have a 8+ windows open that becomes a problem. 3) Even though Clipboard takes a 
lot space on the Task bar, it's size, comparing to the display size is too 
small to work with it conveniently.
