I just installed in Debian testing it and it's working well! The most awaited thing for me was support for openconnect VPN in the network manager UI. With all the freezes and delays it took forever, but it works!
Though the horrendously slow startup time (after log-in) is still here. I was holding off filing bugs, since I thought it could be fixed in newer Plasma, but apparently it's not. I'll file a KDE bug about it, Hillel.
