multi screen handling definately better now

Hi!

The multiscreen handling with KF 5.22/5.23 and Plasma 5.6.4/5 and especially 
Qt 5.6.1 is definately working better now.

The disappearing window bug on disconnecting external display is gone.

Thats really, really nice.
