I have just pushed kdeconnect to unstable. It is probably the first time I package a KF5-related thing, so please beware :) Yes, I tested it with my machine and seems to install and work.
I have used Ubuntu's packaging as a guide for the names of the new build dependencies, so a big "thank you!" for them :) You saved me quite a lot of research time :) Enjoy it! -- The box said 'Requires Windows 95 or better'.
