I have noticed the same behavior recently (maybe a week or two ago).
Drag and drop from Dolphin seems to work with Firefox 41.0.2. Maybe the
issue is Chromium/Chrome-specific?

More Dolphin issues. It seems like I can no longer drag files from it
to a site that accepts incoming dropped files. A good test is dragging
into Google Drive, or the file attach module that pops up when you're
in Gmail.
I've found a couple bug reports on both Chromium's side and KDE
regarding similar sounding issues, but nothing specifically about this.
Anyone else notice it or is it just me? Thanks.
