The versions are right. I think. KDEPIM does not seem to be included there[1], so still 4.14.5. But other applications which are released with KDE Applications 14.12 will have this new version number. As to what I know KDE Applications 14.12 is a mixture of Qt4 / KDE SC 4.14 and Qt 5 / Plasma 5 applications, depending on the porting status of each of the applications.
