Hi, Volker! I haven't used Debian in a while, but I didn't know about Milou, so 
I looked it up.
Quite interesting. I indeed can't find any package for Debian, by the way. But 
note that‍
Ubuntu seems to have it in part of their repositories. 
http://packages.ubuntu.com/vivid/milou‍
Maybe you could be absurd and try to download it from Ubuntu's rep and install 
for now?
