I have the sample problem:

# aptitude dist-upgrade

...

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  python-kde4: Depends: python-sip4 (>= <none>) but 4.10-2 is to be installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Remove the following packages:
1)     plasma-scriptengine-python
2)     plasma-scriptengines
3)     python-kde4

     Leave the following dependencies unresolved:
4)     kdebase-workspace-bin recommends plasma-scriptengines
     Tier: Safe actions, Remove packages (10000)

Is this going to be fixed in the near future?
