I'm having the same Konqueror/Flash problem on fedora6 running Konqueror 3.5.4-12.fc6; Flash on FireFox works fine, Konqueror nay. javascript enabled globally; plugins tab shows /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so which is the same one firefox is using.
