There are a surprising number of people here who don't have a clue how Debian works. KDE 3.2 is available _for_ Debian stable, but not _in_ Debian Stable. Anybody can package anything to run with a specific version of Debian. If KDE 3.2 makes it into Sarge before Sarge becomes stable, it'll only be because there's every appearance that Debian is never going to have a new stable release...
