You are checking from the wrong place then. http://packages.qa.debian.org/k/kdeartwork.html http://packages.qa.debian.org/k/kdeaddons.html As you see, kdeartwork is out of date on arm and mips, (should get fixed once kdebase 3.1.4 is uploaded and compiled). And kdeaddons on mips.
