It is also not complicated to fix. Depends: ..., libxml2-utils This breaks every build that uses meinproc, including most of the KDE packages that I maintain. Sure, I could upload every single source package with an added superfluous build-dependency on libxml2-utils, but somehow it seems simpler, more correct and easier on the buildds just to fix kdelibs4-dev instead.
