That c102 only means that they are compiled with gcc-3.2, which now also is in testing the standard compiler. Testing here runs perfectly with the new libvorbis0a, you are mixing testing and woody packages and that causes you're problems, so throw out woody-src lines from your sources.list if you've got a testing system and such problems arise.
