I have made some packages of KDevelop 3.0 from CVS. I have made both Woody and Sid packages.
If you have htdig 3.1.6-4 or greater installed, then it will generate a global documentation index that all users can use. This will be done automatically during the install. You can get packages of htdig 3.1.6-5 using the apt sources lines below.
