We are experiencing some problems with this as well, but we have not been able to find a ryhme or reason to it as yet. Using KDM with Debian Stable/KDE 3.1.1 and running xterminals loose the mouse occasionally, and we have to reboot the thin clients to get the mouse back active again.. The only error I haven't yet tracked down that is reported, and not sure if it is related, is kdecore (KAccel): WARNING: Sym::initQt( 100b ): failed to convert key.
