The "c102" suffix is an artifact of the gcc3.2 transition. The correct - -dev packages for Qt3 using multi-threading (as all modern/current apps should be) is libqt3-mt-dev. If a plain ./configure or the command above still complain about missing Qt headers, it may be due to the application's source code using depreciated functions - to cure this install libqt3-compat-headers and/or check out the fixincludes script in the package of the same name.
