You probably caught Ralf in the middle of updating his repository from KDE 3.1.0 to 3.1.1. Perhaps you should run apt-get update and try and install kdeprint from there again? Re: your subsequent email, you should not have taken kdeprint from Debian/sid as it will not be compatible with Ralf's KDE for Woody. Please remove kdeprint (dpkg --remove kdeprint) and then try installing from Ralf's source.
