I had some trouble compiling some packages for Orth's CVS HEAD Repository. the "offending" packages also failed in meinproc, and I found that kdex.dtd has been deprecated and replaced by an (incompatible) new one. I worked around the problem by symlinking the appropriate directory into the source tree of the program.
