I've got the same problem here.

I think that's because Ralf's or Karolina's KDE 3.1 packages (packages on 
ftp.org are from Ralf) are not upgradable with kde 3.1 packages recently 
introduced in sid/woody.  The problem is that sid/woody is not complete:  
kdepim, kdenetwork and others are still missing.

Anyone knows how to use apt-get or dselect without beeing obliged to remove 
installed kde 3.1 packages?  Or anyone knows how to install a complete kde 
3.1 system from sid/woody?
