If you like, you could indicate these packages at www.kdevelop.org Download sites as "Debian 3 (Woody) unstable packages (link)" I do not have write access to CVS, so therefore I haven't updated the Debian directory there. If sy contacts me with CVS write access, I glad to share the updated Debian files...
