tcp warning is about the xserver.  But there's also a udp warning/info about 
xdmcp.
Your right it's disabled by default but I enabled it:

ds10(0) ~ > grep -C  Xdmcp] /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc
#FifoGroup=xdmctl

[Xdmcp]
