I installed the 3.0.1 debs, and they seem to work well. Thanks for all the work of packaging them!
I have an .Xresources file in my home directory, and my /etc/X11/Xsession.options contains "allow-user-resources". I verified that my .Xresources are merged in by /etc/X11/Xsession.d/30xfree86-common_xresources, run by /etc/X11/Xsession, run by /etc/kde3/kdm/Xsession but then they get clobbered by kcminit, which is run by /etc/kde3/debian/startkde, which is run by /etc/X11/Xsession.d/99xfree86-common_start run by /etc/X11/Xsession Removing the LD_BIND_NOW=true kdeinit +kcminit +knotify line from startkde fixes this, but obviously doesn't feel like the correct solution. Is there another way I'm supposed to get my .Xresources loaded, or is this just a bug? -- Bjorn Helgaas - bjorn_helgaas at hp.com Linux Systems Operation R&D Hewlett-Packard Company -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
