I have built Chris Cheney's KDE3 packages for PowerPC. You can install them by adding the following two lines to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://kde3.geniussystems.net/debian / deb http://www.ping.uio.no/~mortehu/debian / kdegraphics and kdeadmin are missing, because the didn't build properly. A version of imlib-dev the same version of libpng-dev as libqt3-dev is needed to build kdegraphics. It seems like there is an issue (bug) with dh_install which prevents kdeadmin from being built.
