-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
If there is a FAQ somewhere, this should go in : 1. list of packages needed to compil KDE3, 2. first, compil arts-1.x 3. works with gcc 2.95.4-14 (so far, I have been able to compil kdelib and arts). Then, I have some unanswered questions : ;o) With KDE3, there is a source qt-copy-3.0.3.tar.bz2. Is this necessary to compil and use KDE3 on Woody ? Or the Debian packages libqt3 can be used instead ? What are the differences between these packages and qt-copy-3.0.3.tar.bz2 ? I have installed the following : r2d2:$ dpkg -l 'libqt3*' ================-================-=== ii libqt3 3.0.3-20020329-1 Qt GUI Library (runtime version). ii libqt3-dev 3.0.3-20020329-1 Qt GUI development files un libqt3-emb <néant> un libqt3-emb-dev <néant> un libqt3-gl <néant> ii libqt3-mt 3.0.3-20020329-1 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime version). ii libqt3-mt-dev 3.0.3-20020329-1 Qt Threaded development files un libqt3-mt-mysql <néant> un libqt3-mt-odbc <néant> un libqt3-mt-psql <néant> ii libqt3-mysql 3.0.1-1 Mysql database plugin for Qt3 un libqt3-odbc <néant> un libqt3-psql <néant> And should I install both the threaded packages *-mt-* and the not threaded ? Thanks, Yann PS: Please cc: to me, I didn't subscribe to debian-kde. - -- Chef de projet Linux / Linux project manager Juillerat-Grin SA http://www.codalis.ch -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8tucNm4KYjQo0y9oRAkQWAKCMb8aMj7kJNLjvFPSx24Mf1FopbwCgmsG6 m0V5NcAbuDMEUGDorP+rzUo= =L1Lf -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
