Following up your own email is tacky but.... I have to take some of what I said before back: opening any html file works fine. It only crashes when I try and open .shtml files. Well, it also crashes when I right-click a perl-cgi and select "open with quanta". Could this be traced down to the "filehandler" code? And if so, to repeat, who should I be filing these reports with?
